Here at Kalsamrit gym we have the best team of experienced and high level trained coaches for our wrestling program. We teach kids Olympic style wrestling, which is good for kids wrestling in schools. We also incorporate freestyle wrestling and wrestling for MMA into the kids wrestling classes! Wrestling is a great way to introduce kids to quick thinking and fast problem solving skills, moving fast on their feet and being able to listen to coaches instructions in the heat of the moment.
